Module Two

In Module 2 students explore colour, and subtle effects with soft pastels.
Sandra has constructed this colourwheel from some beautifully arranged found items.

Left: Irene has used comple-mentary colours in her soft pastel samples.

Above: Irene has added interest to a painted wash with a layer or crumpled tissue paper.
Above: Ann has painted colour wheels, created interesting painted washes and worked through ideas with soft pastels.
Left: Gillian has painted a traditional colourwheel, but also made one from sweets!
Left: Cissy has created this lovely design of overlapping circles using soft pastels.

Right: Gillian has used a counterchange arrangement to layout her colours.
