Terms and Conditions
All information presented within the Store is given in good faith.
Purchases can be made online via the cart or by mail order.
Payment must be made either with Sterling cheque, money order or via PayPal.
All items are offered for sale subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw an item or change prices at any time.
Delivery
We'll do our best to despatch your order as soon as possible from receipt. All orders will be despatched within 7 working days.
Orders will be sent First Class by Royal Mail to the UK and by Royal Mail Airmail to the rest of the world. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times.
Shipping
Postage/shipping costs will be added to your basket at Checkout and can be found on the Order Form. Please note that if outside the EU you may be responsible for customs and duty on your order.

Many of the items for sale in our shop are hand made and will vary. This is the intrinsic nature of the products and in no way to be considered a fault. All items are prepared with great care and attention by the makers using the best quality materials and thorough processes.
Dyed fabrics and threads cannot be repeated exactly so be sure to purchase enough for your project.
