At the conclusion of our Online 7823-08 Creative Sketchbooks Course, students who have satisfied all the syllabus requirements are awarded a certificate by the awarding body, City & Guilds of London. We would like to offer our congratulations too!

Sue Pritchard
Sue has used the city of Florence as her architectural inspiration. The arches and domes influenced her work greatly. She was also taken with the extravagant use of decoration and rich patterns. We think she's captured the soft colours perfectly.

Sue used a combination of painting, drawing and collage.
Sue's first assessment sketchbook was based on a walk in the park and the views that she saw along the way.

She has used the gate to the park as a fitting cover to the book.
The book documents the walk observing the trees and other aspects of the landscape along the way. Techniques include collage, drawing and stencilling.

Sue loves detailed and precise pencil drawings. Here she's using pencil crayons too for some gentle colour.
