| Sandie's final assessment piece was inspired by a work by Gustav Klimt based on a mosaic floor. It was to be hung in the stairwell of her home, featured stencilling, stamping and machine quilting using rich fabrics and metallic thread. | |||||||||||||

| Her first assessment piece was a soft green 16" appliqué cushion featuring a celtic knot design in cream bias, cream sheer inserts finished with hand quilting - to be used on a cream sofa in a family home. Inspiration came from an image of a hydrangea in bloom. | |||||||||||||
