At the conclusion of our Online 7922 Patchwork and Quilting course, students who have satisfied all the syllabus requirements are awarded a certificate by the awarding body, City & Guilds of London. We would like to offer our congratulations too!

Inge Duin
Inge's final quilt for the course was this highly decorative piece for a sofa. Worked using applique techniques and a range of fabrics the quilt has satin stitch and hand worked embellishment.
Right: Inge's wall hanging was inspired by a floral theme and features 3-dimensional leaves and petals. Sheer and semi sheer fabrics have been layered and stitched to form a background for the applied elements.
Right: Inge chose to make a cushion to satisfy the 'Item for an Interior' assessment piece. Hers was inspired by landscape photos of coastlines.
