Colour was the main focus for Ruth's final quilt assessment. Quilting inspired by quotes from a variety of sources on the subject of colour adds detail.
Ruth's wallhanging assessment is a showcase for her piecing skills.
Ruth chose to make a teacosy as her 'Item for an Interior'. She's taken inspiration from Walter Crane's white horses and the more modern Guinness advert.
Ruth's Accessory is a neat folding purse decorated with Sashiko style quilting.
Ruth's first assessment piece was this container inspired by architecture. The vessel is decorated with applique and machine stitch.
